NHK Saturday Hot Request radio show 12.13.08 Guest - Risa Reina Linlin
First letter - The sender was unable to turn up at the place itself, so he asked about their current fashion.
Host : (reading from letter) "Gakisan, Reina-chan, Linlin, konnichiwa!"
Gakisan, Reina and Linlin : (In union) Konnichiwa!
(Silence..lol)
- The male host knew Reina was from Kyushu since Reina was speaking in her dialect.
- Fashion check, the host arranged for Reina to check Gakisan, upon hearing that Gakisan stood up from her seat to show to the crowd what she's wearing.
- And as for Gakisan to check Linlin, Reina labeled Linlin's fashion "plain and out of fashion" but the host quickly covers up and say "but it looks cute!". Linlin admits that her fashion is plain though. Gakisan tries to not be mean but it seems like she didn't know what to say about Linlin's fashion, so she was kind of stuck, Reina quickly tells her to just put it simply. So Gakisan just said "Out of fashion" lol. But she adds on saying that she's kidding o: Gakisan starts describing what Linlin was wearing, but again, she was stuck, so Reina quickly follows up and just said "out of fashion" (Lol, the fact that Reina keeps throwing in "out of fashion" in the talk is funny). Gakisan covers up for Linlin and say "its cute though."
- Linlin's turn to check Reina. Reina tells her to "Do it properly". Linlin wanted to get revenge, so her first description of Reina's fashion was "out of fashion", but she was just kidding. She does it properly in the end. Gakisan and the female host started talking about Reina's fashion, and apparently, Reina dyed her hair, and its not the usual color. Its a little redder then usual. The fact that Reina dyed her hair herself at home surprised Gakisan o:

How/Why they joined Morning Musume
- Gakisan begged her mama to let her join the audition.
- Reina admires Goto a lot back then so she wanted to be like her. Also, when she was younger, when asked about her ambition she'll say she want to be an idol and such. So with that, she went for the audition.
- Linlin was a little different from the rest. She was scouted by Tsunku's friend. She mentions about liking Japan animes so she discussed with her parents whether she should go to Japan. The fans laughed (Maybe b'cos of her longwinded story). Linlin being all KY continued while Gakisan was laughing in the background, lol. She starts throwing in all the details like receiving a phonecall from whoever asking if she wants to go to Japan, joining the eggs and dancing with them and sweating, the fans once again, laughed when they heard her giving every single detail. She finally finishes her story in the end and Gakisan said "Ah..thats such a long story". The male host praised Linlin for being able to speak Japanese so well (Yes, it was longwinded, but it was flawless) The host asks if she studied Japanese herself, but no, she had a teacher to teach her. Linlin later says "But everyone's japanese is far better then mine..", lol, its extremely cute and hilarious. The rest of the Japanese told her thats b'cos they are Japanese.

- Like Kamei and Koharu, Reina and Gakisan didn't know about some of the songs.
- Reina knew about Koi no Dial 6700, in fact she likes that song and she sang it when she went to the karaoke.
- Gakisan knew about Dou ni mo Tomaranai, in fact, she likes it too.
- Since Linlin isn't a Japanese, it isn't surprising that she didn't know about any of the songs. But Linlin finds the song really catchy, she can remember it just by listening to it once. Especially the "Ring ring ring ring" part. When she heard it she was like "Here it comes!". Well, it was funny, everyone started laughing again laugh.gif

2008.
- Gakisan turned 20 in 2008, and that means, she can start drinking sake! She wonders how much can she drink. She can't drink a lot for now. But there was once, she was drinking with Yossie at Gakisan's house. Apparently Yossie can hold her alcohol level well. Gakisan (perhaps she got drunk) fell asleep while Yossie continued drinking with Gakisan's parents. Gakisan is planning to take things one at a time and to train herself to be able to hold her alcohol level as well as Yossie (Is it called alcohol level? o: Not too sure, but I think you get what I mean)
- Just as the female host says its reina's turn, reina suddenly reacted with a "Uwaah!", lol, it was as if she was daydreaming all the while, cute.She wanted to be able to sleep alone, lol. She used to sleep in the same room as her mother till somewhere in 2008 she starts trying to sleep alone in her room. Reina says that when she sleeps alone she'll be really nervous (nervous is probably not the best word, but she said that her heart will beat faster then usual) Reina is afraid of the dark. Reina will switch on the TV and put the timer then tries to sleep. Gakisan asks Reina what does Reina do to fall asleep alone in the hotel room when they're out for concert tours. Since its a hotel, Reina will just leave all the lights and the TV on, without the timer, lol.
- Linlin's hair turn little more yellowish/brownish then usual. Linlin wondered why and she found the reason to her hair turning color. Her reason was "B'cos I ate too many oranges" (I have no idea how it can be linked to that, but Linlin says that too many oranges can make your hair turn color)

Catchphrase corner - This corner is for the fans to send in catchphrases for Morning Musume and they'll win a prize if their catchphrase was chosen.
- First catchphrase, from "Dekkai Chikyuu de pokepokepoo-san". Upon hearing PPP, Reina went "nostalgic!". The catchphrase was "Although when they first joined they were all scattered but the moment they stand on stage, their hearts only have one common target, nine to be in harmony, Morning Musume." (Well, I'm never good in phrasing those meaningful stuffs)
- I'll skip the rest of the catchphrases. But anyway, during the third catchphrase, the girls didn't know what "shiwasu" was. The hosts later explained to them its actually the 12th month.
- The person who sent in the 5th catchphrase was present. Reina greeted him with a "konnichiwa". The guy used "Match lion" as his penname. I remember someone using "Match lion" too when he/she sent in a letter to GAKIKAME o: Probably the same person.
- After reading out 6 catchphrases the hosts asked the three of them to choose one. Linlin suddenly said "What should we choose?!" damn loudly, lol.
- The three of them chose the 6th catchphrase which was sent in by "Go-san". Its simply "Nine equals one. Morning Musume." It was explained that it meant "9 of them united as one, the 9 of them makes up Morning Musume."

Promotions for Hello! Project 2009 Winter Wonderful Hearts Kouen ~ Kakumei Gannen ~

- Linlin mentioned that if she has the time during her Winter break she'll like to go back to China.
- Just as they're rounding up the hosts said they'll post up the picture they took together so that we can see what they were wearing for the fashion check. Linlin mistook "Dasai" for "Bosai". The fans cover up for Linlin and starts screaming "Kawaii", so did the hosts laugh.gif

- Here comes the part that made me laugh real hard. Just as they were about to move on to the last song the female host made a big mistake. She wanted to use the catchphrase the three of them chose to end the whole talk, but she ended up saying "Nine equals ZERO. Morning Musume..". Fans went "Ehhh?!" The male host quickly tells her to be careful when saying it, lol. But Gakisan again, covers up and told her its okay.
